How can I exchange or return my merchandise?
Merchandise will be accepted by PearlLadyDesigns.com for exchange or refund (excluding any shipping charges) if returned in original package and condition with receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Pearl Lady Designs is pleased to provide complimentary priority shipping through USPS to all orders within the United States. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. Overnight domestic shipping is $25.00. Items on special order may take longer.
